The UCH Echocardiography Laboratory maintains accreditation by the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) in adult transthoracic, transesophageal and stress echocardiography. Enormously fulfilling career with growth opportunity, including, but not limited to teaching junior cardiac sonographers and general cardiology fellows, participating in research projects, giving presentations at the biweekly echo conference. Participate in teaching, research, and echo conferences. Work in a supportive, fast-paced academic environment with balanced workload. Graduate of an accredited Cardiac Sonography program OR associate's degree in allied health OR Bachelor's degree in any area. Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) OR Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). Registered Sonographer, Reg Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, Registered Cardiovascular Sonographer Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care In small, personal ways through human connection.
