Join our dynamic logistics team in Boston, Massachusetts, as a Picker/Packer. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of orders to our valued customers. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for efficiently locating and retrieving specific items from our warehouse shelves based on order tickets. Once picked, you will carefully and accurately pack these items for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area is a key responsibility. You will work closely with other team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. Strict adherence to safety protocols and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are expected. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift items weighing up to 40 pounds. While experience is a plus, we are eager to train individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to accuracy.
