Join our vibrant logistics team as a Fulfillment Associate in Los Angeles, California. This role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently for shipment. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders, as well as receiving and stocking incoming inventory. A strong attention to detail, good physical stamina for lifting and moving packages, and a commitment to safety are essential qualifications. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing warehouse technology and equipment, such as scanners and pallet jacks, safely and effectively. Adherence to all company policies and procedures, with a particular focus on warehouse safety and the correct use of PPE, is paramount. We are looking for reliable, energetic individuals who can work both independently and as part of a team to meet daily fulfillment targets. Your contribution is crucial to our customer satisfaction through accurate and timely order completion. We offer comprehensive training on all aspects of the job, emphasizing speed, accuracy, and safe practices. Understanding the overall logistics process and your role in it is important.
