We are hiring Fulfillment Associates for our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma location! This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company in the Logistics sector. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and promptly. Your primary duties will include picking products, meticulously packing them for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining high standards. The job involves considerable physical activity, such as standing, walking, bending, and occasional Lifting of items up to 40 pounds. Your Safety and the safety of your colleagues are our top priority; therefore, strict adherence to all Safety protocols and the diligent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are required. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack products with care and efficiency for shipping.
- Label and prepare orders for outgoing delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform quality checks on all outgoing orders.
- Adhere to all company Safety procedures and wear assigned PPE .
- Support inventory management tasks as needed.
- Achieve daily performance goals and contribute to team success.
- Play a vital role in our Logistics network.
- Engage in activities requiring consistent Lifting and physical movement.
