Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and sort incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks as needed, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, standing, and walking.
- Comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of appropriate PPE.
