We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in Tampa, Florida. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution center, ensuring that goods are handled, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include receiving incoming shipments, inspecting goods for damage, stocking inventory in designated areas, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if needed).
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
