We are seeking an efficient and accurate Order Picker to join our vibrant logistics operations in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse stock to fulfill customer orders. Precision and speed are key as you navigate the warehouse using pick lists or scanning devices to locate and gather products. You will ensure that all picked items are correctly identified and staged for packing. This position requires a high level of attention to detail to minimize errors and maintain inventory integrity. Frequent lifting and moving of items will be part of your daily routine, so physical stamina is important. Adherence to all warehouse safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is a top priority. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial, and familiarity with RF scanning equipment is a plus.
