Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately locate and pick specified items from warehouse locations using pick lists and scanners.
- Verify product details against order information to ensure accuracy.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage during the picking process.
- Transport picked items to the packing station or designated staging area.
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation to promote efficiency and safety.
- Comply with all company safety regulations and guidelines.
- Properly use and maintain all assigned PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend throughout the shift.
- Capacity for lifting and carrying items weighing up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand warehouse labels and pick tickets.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
