Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing raw materials and finished goods. This role is vital for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring our production and shipping departments have the materials they need, when they need them. Safety is our top priority; all employees must adhere to strict safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). If you are physically capable, detail-oriented, and enjoy a dynamic work environment, this is an ideal opportunity. Experience with forklifts or other material handling equipment is highly desirable, and certification may be provided. You will work collaboratively with other team members to optimize warehouse operations and achieve operational targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Store materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and stage materials for production or shipment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating forklifts or other heavy machinery.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
