Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately put away incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Follow all procedures, including the correct use of PPE , to ensure personal and team well-being.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the Logistics department through diligent work.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Understanding of inventory management principles.
- Commitment to adhering to all Safety protocols and wearing required PPE .
