Qarma | Quality & Compliance . We are looking for a talented, self-starting, and passionate sales executive who is looking to make an impact. Qarma is the leading digital tool and platform for quality and compliance within production and sourcing. We work with some of the global leading fashion and furniture brands and retailers to make better and more sustainable products. We have offices in Denmark, Vietnam, and China and we are expanding our solution offerings and scaling our sales team and go-to-market investment. You’ll be joining at an exciting time as we grow. We’ll teach you how to become a champion in Qarma.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle; from outbound prospecting to qualifying opportunities, preparing and delivering product demos and converting leads to customers.
Proactively seek new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through outbound emails, sales calls and networking. You know the upside of referrals and word-of-mouth tactics in sales.
Work with your own portfolio of accounts and take full responsibility of your sales pipeline to ensure your targets are met.
Help educate potential clients on the value that Qarma offers by addressing, clarifying, and re-assessing customer pain points.
Stay up-to-date with new features and keep self-educated on our platform and market trends.
Be the face of the company when visiting relevant conferences and trade shows.
Work with the Head of Sales to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly quotas and align on go-to-market initiatives.
Requirements
Experience with sales / customer success / account management; ideally from an Account Executive or outbound business development role and ready to step up to a closing role with enterprise-level accounts.
A track record of successfully working towards sales quotas and targets including sourcing and closing your own deals.
You seek and hunger to develop new connections and to find new ways to explore avenues of sales opportunities. You know what it takes to get in front of key people and decision makers.
Confident presentation skills; you will ace those demos.
You hold yourself accountable; comfortable with taking feedback and acting on it.
You embrace change and have a growth mindset that’s always striving for improvement.
You’re a team player, happy to work cross-functionally and be an integrated part of Qarma.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Languages: Fluency in English.
