Cyber Security Academy Manager (Relocation required) Overview:
The Deputy will report directly to the Academy Director and will be responsible for managing a team of cyber trainers and overseeing all professional, operational and technical training aspects at the academy, including Capture the Flag (CTF) programs, courses (blue/red cyber focused), and other practical training activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the academy's training and course delivery.
Directly manage a team of trainers, ensuring professional development, effective teaching, and alignment with program objectives.
Organise and oversee technical training activities, including Capture the Flag (CTF) events, practical labs and hands‑on exercises, focusing on red and blue cybersecurity.
Develop, implement and assess the technical curriculum to ensure it aligns with industry and military requirements.
Collaborate with the Academy Manager to ensure smooth programme operations and contribute to strategic decision‑making.
Ensure the academic quality of all courses and training programmes, adjusting and improving them as needed.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Cyber Security or a closely related field.
Extensive experience in cyber security training, with a strong technical background.
Proven leadership and experience managing academic or technical teams, preferably in a military or technical setting.
