Lead Finance & Business Analyst
who shares that mindset to help us better understand and optimise how our business runs.
Base pay range £90,000 to £100,000 pro rata.
What You’ll Do
Turn complex, ambiguous data into clear, actionable insights that enable leaders make better decisions
Build and maintain spreadsheets and dashboards to track performance and support data-driven planning
Forecast outcomes using trends from historical data and scenarios
Partner with business teams to design and implement meaningful business KPIs that cut across functions (Commercial, Product, Technology, Finance, and People)
Partner with Commercial, Product and Finance teams to review our pricing model end-to-end, translating data into recommendations to improve profitability and drive customer usage
Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure data consistency, context, and clarity in reporting
Present findings through compelling visuals and narratives tailored to senior stakeholders
Provide insights to our extended leadership team, and recommend how to drive business performance
What You’ll Bring
Comfortable in both finance and commercial worlds; background in financial planning, forecasting, or revenue operations
Curious, proactive; spot patterns, risks or opportunities early and surface them thoughtfully
Experience designing, tracking or interpreting business KPIs across different functions
Strong communication, relationship building, especially with stakeholders up to C‑suite level
Results‑oriented; able to move things forward and deliver on time
Expertise turning messy or incomplete data into structured, actionable insight; confident with Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
Independent, producing clear, high-quality work within agreed timelines
Preferably experience in subscription‑based or recurring revenue business (e.g., SaaS), but not essential
Other Information Full‑time role, flexible hybrid work model; full‑time team members required to work on‑site 2‑3 days per week. Part‑time preferred: one day per week on‑site.
