Own and grow a personal sales pipeline from prospecting to close. Sell multi-channel engagement packages across conferences, magazine features, newsletters, webinars, and digital campaigns. Book and run discovery calls, present proposals, and close deals. Identify new sectors and commercial opportunities aligned to our events and editorial themes. Work closely with marketing to deliver targeted outreach and follow-up campaigns. Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers across Scotland's digital, government, and public-sector ecosystem. Attend major conferences and networking events as part of your role. What You Bring
Experience in B2B sales — media, events or sponsorship sales is a strong advantage. Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders and selling value-driven solutions. A consultative, relationship-led approach to sales. Drive, resilience, and a hunger to hit — and exceed — targets. Ability to manage a structured pipeline and follow a consistent sales process.
