About The Role Wessex Garages are looking to recruit Mazda Sales Advisors for our dealership in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. In this role you will sell vehicles, finance, insurance products and paint protection, supporting customers through every step of their buying journey.
With our comprehensive training and development programme, you’ll gain the skills to engage with customers, identify their needs, and sell vehicles and related products in line with industry standards.
Person Specification We are looking for a positive, motivated person ready to achieve and grow in a results-driven environment. While previous sales experience is not essential, you should be organised, able to process detailed information, and committed to continually developing product knowledge. A strong work ethic and inspiring attitude will help you take ownership of your work, contribute to your team’s success, and inspire colleagues.
Key Information Working Pattern: 40 hours a week across Mon – Sat (with a 1 hour lunch). Day off in lieu during the week and 1 late shift per week. Sunday working required during March and September.
