Senior Copywriter

About the role: The Senior Copywriter will work alongside a team of talented designers and other writers to create work across all mediums for products, services and campaigns in Europe. You are passionate about the client's products and the brand and your work will influence customers worldwide. Work will span different subject areas such as social media, online, retail, and work for third‑party sales partners.
What you will be doing: You have extensive experience concepting, creatively directing, writing copy and producing major marketing, communication or advertising campaigns.
That work is grounded in big, bold, original ideas, executed with impeccable craft and meticulous attention to detail.
You have produced work in various areas including branding, tone of voice, conceptual campaigns, advertising, social media, product launches, film, retail, websites and DMs.
You are passionate about creating excellent writing that is thoughtful, meaningful, provocative at times, clear and inspiring.
You are used to working proactively in a creative and dynamic environment. You are organised with exceptional attention to detail, and able to interrogate briefs and do your own research to present the most compelling and impactful creative solution.
You have an eye for great writing and the ability to create a powerful story through the work.
A brilliant, multi‑skilled English writer — you love coming up with a clever, concise headline as much as you enjoy crafting a well‑honed paragraph of body copy or a script for a social animation.
A strategic writer — you understand the importance of hierarchy in messaging and can organise and structure multiple strands of information into a cohesive and compelling narrative. You can also translate complex technical language into easy‑to‑understand copy.
The desire to execute at an exceptional level with a particular passion for crafting copy that is thoughtful, meaningful, accurate, clear and inspiring.
You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues.
What you need to be great in this role:
You have 5‑8 years of experience writing copy and producing marketing and communication campaigns across multiple mediums.
You have extensive experience writing copy and producing major marketing, communication or advertising campaigns.
You can stretch into conceptual territory, crafting clever, concise headlines and campaign ideas when called upon.
That work is grounded in big, bold, original ideas, executed with impeccable craft and meticulous attention to detail.
You have produced work in various areas including branding, tone of voice, conceptual campaigns, advertising, social media, product launches, film, retail, websites and DMs.
