Location: Gateshead
Salary: £28,000 base + up to £9,000 bonus (OTE £37,000)

Working hours: Monday‑Friday, 37.5 hrs/week.
Responsibilities
Deliver hands‑on product training sessions that energise and educate retail staff across the territory.
Promote HONOR smartphones by ensuring they are front‑of‑store and front‑of‑mind through merchandising savvy.
Support store staff, building lasting partnerships and driving sales momentum.
Maintain brand excellence regular store visits, visual merchandising and stock management.
Qualifications
Experience in mobile/tech retail or tech‑focused sales; comfort delivering product demos, workshops and one‑to‑one coaching.
Target‑driven mindset with proven ability to meet KPIs.
Excellent communication skills, ability to inspire others.
Valid UK manual driving licence held for at least 12 months.
