£27,765.48**Key Responsibilities*** **Compliance and Reporting**:
+ Document and escalate client and customer complaints.
+ Review temperature records and ensure excursions are appropriately documented, investigated, and escalated.
+ Perform administrative release of products in the inventory system in accordance with internal procedures and client instructions.
+ Record and report medical/product complaints within specified timescales.
+ Maintain client-specific documentation (SOPs) within the QMS and archive QA paperwork.
+ Quarantine stock as requested by clients and record details of quality incidents in the quality system.* **Audits and Inspections**:
+ Participate in client and regulatory audits.
+ Perform periodic Internal Compliance Inspections of operational areas to identify opportunities for improvement.* **Administrative Support**:
+ Provide general administrative support to the QA department.
+ Maintain appropriate records of QA activities and complete KPIs relevant to the role.
+ Manage the shared email inbox and ensure timely communication with clients and other departments.* **Collaboration and Communication**:
+ Communicate effectively with all departments, including supervisors, managers, customer services, and clients.
+ Carry out reasonable requests from senior management in line with training and experience..**Skills and Education*** **Essential Skills**:
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
+ Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to work.
+ Ability to use initiative and judgment effectively to make correct decisions.* **Experience and Knowledge**:
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience working within a GDP or GMP environment.
+ Understanding of GDP and applicable GMP requirements.
