Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Resolving complex, time‑critical and high‑priority support tickets in line with KPIs and SLAs.
Administering Microsoft 365, Azure, MFA and Windows Server environments (AD, Exchange, SQL).
Supporting firewalls (SonicWall, Ubiquiti), Wi‑Fi systems and general networking.
Using ticketing systems to manage, document and progress issues efficiently.
Leading technical projects, including end‑to‑end migrations across M365, Azure and on‑premises systems.
Scoping, planning and executing solutions with minimal supervision.
Working closely with clients and third‑party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
Contributing to continuous improvement within the service delivery function.
Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex IT environments, with deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server. They will understand firewalls, networking fundamentals and Wi‑Fi systems, and be comfortable resolving high‑priority support issues. Excellent communication skills, strong customer focus and the ability to manage projects independently are essential. Experience using ticketing systems and delivering technical migrations is highly desirable.
