You will play a key role in building the next generation of infrastructure that powers innovation across industries like manufacturing, aerospace, healthcare, and energy. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop production-grade APIs, distributed systems, and backend services using Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust, or similar technologies.
Manage infrastructure involving relational and graph databases, containerization, and cloud platforms (AWS + Pulumi preferred).
Deploy to production from day one and take full ownership of your code and projects.
Create technical specifications, build features end-to-end, and ensure scalability and performance.
Collaborate across teams to solve complex technical and operational challenges.
Contribute to a culture of speed, ownership, and problem-solving.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience as a backend or infrastructure engineer.
Proven track record of delivering production‑level software in fast‑paced environments.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high sense of ownership.
Experience in distributed systems, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
Bonus: previous experience in an early‑stage startup or having founded a project yourself.
A high‑intensity, mission‑driven environment in London, working together 6 days a week.
