As a Design Engineer you will work on projects ranging from hardware design and software generation to full turn‑key solutions from concept to commissioning. Your role will involve designing new systems, reviewing drawings, ensuring safety compliance with standards such as BS EN 60204 and BS EN 13849‑1, and collaborating with clients at customer sites when required.
We value a close‑knit working environment, training and development, and opportunities for career progression. The position is primarily office‑based (South Bristol) with occasional site visits.
Required Skills
2–6 years of engineering experience
Competent with EPlan and AutoCAD drawing packages
Knowledge of safety in systems engineering and standards such as BS EN 60204 and BS EN 13849‑1
Right to work in the UK
Valid driving licence
The Design Engineer Will Benefit From
£50 bonus for each day worked on site away from the DelaControl office
£10 bonus for each overnight stay, if required
Guaranteed salary review within 12 months as capability grows
