Job Description Responsibilities
In summary, the BSA is responsible for the following:
Elicit and translate client requirements
Develop and maintain customer design documentation
Coach and mentor consultants on executing project design
Maintain/share implementation and design best practices knowledge base
Cross functional project work
Product Planning
Customer advocate to product management group
Involved in functional specification review
Marketing
Sharing industry vertical knowledge
Development of solution offers, based on non-core business problems
Professional Services
Support Sales Engineers, in POC activities
Qualifications Educational and typical years experience needed for this role.
Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years' experience in a business or technical consulting role
3+ years' experience in a complex software environment
Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial statement preparation
Working knowledge and experience in corporate budgeting and forecasting processes
Strong business analysis experience including requirements eliciting and analysis as well as working knowledge of BABOK
Practical experience working with Microsoft SQL Server 2000/05/08 and Analysis Services 2000/05/08
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Superior analytical and problem solving skills
Strong organizational ability is required as the candidate will be required to manage multiple projects concurrently
Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must be able to travel to the United States
