The Opportunity We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. The role combines strategic analysis with partnership development, offering the chance to build expertise across corporate, cultural and social impact sectors. The Business Analyst will lead analytical workstreams that shape client strategy, generate insight from research and translate findings into actionable recommendations for high-impact partnerships and campaigns. You will work closely with senior colleagues and Boster Group's Founder and CEO to deliver high-quality client projects. Job Requirements
Background and Experience
Experience managing clients or stakeholders in results-driven environments. Desirable: marketing, partnerships or sponsorships; consulting or agency experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations. Exposure to financial services, tech or consumer brands; eager to learn about these sectors. Passion for arts and culture; relevant experience valued. Desirable: project management and event or content marketing. Degree essential; further qualifications advantageous. Manage day-to-day client relationships, provide timely updates, act as a strategic advisor and deliver insight-led, tailored recommendations. Oversee planning and delivery of partnership activations and campaigns, leading strategic workstreams and developing frameworks and models to guide decision-making. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to assess opportunities, sector trends and competitive landscapes, generating clear, data-driven insights. Support development and refinement of client strategies across sectors, aligning commercial objectives with impactful cultural or social initiatives. Drive business development by producing insight-led proposals, identifying new opportunities and supporting the CEO in expanding key relationships. Collaborate with the wider team on ideation, content creation and reporting, and represent the company at relevant industry events. Engage actively in learning and development. Role includes occasional travel and out-of-hours.
