MMB continues to successfully deliver our AMP 7 projects and is preparing to move into AMP 8 delivery with Thames Water. We are looking for people with the knowledge, experience, and drive to take this forward.

A project portfolio through to the end of AMP 8
An agile working arrangement that provides flexibility while ensuring effective project delivery.
The ability to develop and grow your design team from a successful platform.
A key role in the wider regional team working closely with our other design leads.
Your Responsibilities
Lead your team in the delivery of designs suitable for our construction teams, working closely with commercial and operational counterparts.
Provide direction to the team, including oversight of project controls, and ensuring compliance with quality, programme, and cost requirements.
Ensure the client’s Asset Standards are applied correctly to the projects while driving efficiencies through challenging and promoting good practice from other areas of the business.
Work closely with the client’s Engineers to deliver our target project portfolio and remain a trusted partner.
Analyse project performance and identify risks that may impact project delivery.
Embed a positive and honest environment for your team where everyone is challenged and encouraged to reach their potential.
What You Can Offer
Chartered or Incorporated Engineer
Experience in water or wastewater design.
Experience of leading and developing a design team.
Experience and knowledge of the Designer and Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015.
