Core Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm + Out of Hours Rota Technical Operations
Responsibilities
Operate all MEP systems on site in a competent and confident manner (including MV/LV Electrical isolations/operations).
Make recommendations for improvement and provide concise technical reports when required.
Efficiently and effectively complete eLogbooks PPM/Reactive tasks that have been allocated.
Ensure that tasks have been acknowledged and completed within SLA requirements.
Service & Quality Assurance
Ensure that Specialist Vendor service visits are completed efficiently.
Inspect quality of work and communicate recommendations to the JLL Supervisor.
Take ownership of site (including all plant rooms) under JLL control.
Ensure sites are brought up to and maintained to the required show site standards.
Health & Safety Compliance
Actively participate and complete Health and Safety compliance activities.
Complete Hazard/Near Miss Reporting as required.
Regular attendance and completion of scheduled Toolbox Talks.
Supply Chain Management
Liaise with the supply chain when ordering M&E components for remedial/corrective works.
Technical Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Building Services Environments.
Electrical Engineering apprenticeship/NVQ/C&G or similar qualification.
C&G Parts 1 & 2, equivalent or exceeds.
18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation (Ability to attain 18th Edition through additional training if you have 17th Edition).
Personal Skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff.
Proactive in achieving the highest standard of operation.
Good IT skills.
Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.
