Duties and Responsibilities
General Gas and HVAC plant maintenance
Maintenance / repairs / on general gas kit, Unvented hot water cylinders, including mechanical and plumbing on site.
Health and safety awareness.
To maintain on site log books, permits and site paperwork insuring they are completed and up to date.
The Commercial Gas Engineer will be working as part of a mobile team, our client is looking for someone who is flexible, works well as part of a team and is client focussed.
The callout rota is on a rotating cycle (roughly 1 in 8 weeks).
Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge of gas systems/plant and over 5 years’ experience in similar Gas/Plumbing / HVAC/ Maintenance Engineer type role.
Knowledge and experience of all Gas plant including, but not limited to Commercial gas boilers/water heaters, unvented hot water heaters, plumbing and pipework systems, expansion vessels, pumps etc.
Qualifications
NVQ Level 2/3
