Location: Remote within the UK.
Responsibilities You will be the technical cornerstone driving Itential’s growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Your main responsibilities include:
Providing expert guidance throughout the sales cycle, from initial qualification through to successful implementation.
Designing and delivering customized demonstrations that resonate with diverse industries and cultures.
Architecting solutions that meet unique regional requirements, such as GDPR compliance and ETSI standards.
Collaborating with account executives to develop technical strategies for complex multi‑country opportunities.
Building lasting relationships with technical leaders at the region’s largest enterprises.
Bridging pre‑sales and post‑sales to ensure smooth transitions and long‑term customer success.
Technologies You’ll Master
Network automation platforms (Ansible, Terraform, Python scripting)
Multi‑vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Ericsson)
Cloud platforms and networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
API technologies (REST, NETCONF, gRPC)
Infrastructure as Code principles
EMEA‑specific compliance and standards
Core Skills We Need
5+ years of solutions engineering or pre‑sales experience within EMEA
Proven track record with enterprise customers across multiple EMEA countries
Deep knowledge of EMEA telecommunications and enterprise IT landscapes
Strong network automation and orchestration expertise
Fluent English with exceptional presentation skills
Valid passport and ability to travel 40–60% within EMEA
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Bonus Points For
Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch)
Arabic language skills for Middle East coverage
Experience with EMEA service providers and architectures
Knowledge of ETSI standards and European regulations
Advanced certifications (CCIE, cloud certifications, TOGAF)
Understanding of 5G and edge computing
MBA or an advanced technical degree
