Be among the first 25 applicants for a Sales Support Manager role at No Regrets. This dual‑site position covers Glasgow and Edinburgh studios. You will support the sales process, travel between the studios, and use your excellent customer service and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and artists. Responsibilities
Act as a consultant to all clients as part of the studio sales process, providing advice and recommendations to ensure the best possible service and outcome. Understand and deliver on KPIs, working to achieve and exceed the goals of the business. Understand the importance of repeat customer and the value of recommendations. Deal with all booking enquiries, through telephone, email and face‑to‑face. Walk‑in conversion is an essential part of the business. Ensure proactive management of all studio systems and reporting. Have a clear focus on the client’s journey, delivering a personal service to each client; strive to always exceed expectations. Build excellent relationships with the artists, understanding the different styles and preferences of each artist to match them perfectly with each client. Work proactively within all aspects of the role, showing care and attention to detail with every task. Have knowledge of all Front of House processes and collaborate with Studio Coordinators to ensure consistent service throughout the studio. An understanding of the tattoo process and being able to advise clients effectively is essential to this role. Qualifications
Self‑starter with a proactive approach to understanding a growing business. Previous experience in a high‑end environment, ideally within customer service or sales, of at least 3 years is essential. Excellent communication skills, whether in person, over the phone or via email. Ability to translate clients’ vision to the artist and vice versa. Personable and confident around new people, meeting clients frequently and working with a diverse team. Benefits & Compensation
