We’re on the lookout for a
driven, energetic, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative
with a hunter mentality to help grow our client base and build lasting business relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
Proactively engage with potential customers via phone, email, and online channels
Qualify leads and manage a pipeline of prospects using our CRM system
Present the World Options portal and services to prospective clients through virtual demos
Close new business and hit monthly sales targets
Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up to date on courier industry trends
Work closely with the Marketing, operations and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a B2B inside sales role (logistics and service industry preferred with experience of International and Domestic markets across B2B, E-Commerce, Parcel and Freight)
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital communication tools
Highly organised and able to manage multiple leads effectively
A positive, can-do attitude and a hunger for success
