In this leadership role, you will guide a specialist sales team, oversee day‑to‑day operations, and cultivate a culture of exceptional service. You'll champion high standards on the sales floor, support expert product knowledge development, and ensure every client interaction reflects the brand's values.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver an outstanding client experience that aligns with luxury service expectations.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of specialists to meet and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, ensuring opportunities for repeat business.
Oversee product expertise within the team, supporting knowledge of luxury watches, jewellery, and high‑value items.
Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
Manage stock processes, including inventory, replenishment, and product care.
Support in‑store events, private appointments, and client experiences.
Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to optimise results.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in luxury retail, ideally with exposure to high‑value watches or fine jewellery. Other sectors will be considered.
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a sales team.
Proven track record of achieving commercial targets.
Refined communication skills and a polished, professional demeanour.
Deep appreciation for luxury craftsmanship and clienteling.
Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
The salary is up to £70,000 with a strong bonus structure based on individual and company performance. 26 days annual holiday + bank holidays, private healthcare after 6 months.
