Base salary of £25,396.80 with OTE between £50k – £100k. Uncapped performance‑related earnings. Responsibilities
Lead, manage and motivate a team of self‑employed Sales Executives. Recruit self‑employed Sales Representatives, Canvass Agents and Area Canvass Leaders to meet set targets. Provide training, coaching and development to ensure the team meets company standards and policies. Encourage the Sales Team to generate own leads through approved methods whilst managing leads from internal sources. Ensure the Sales Team presents the approved Finance presentation in accordance with FCA regulations and internal policies. Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to deliver on the business plan and achieve sales targets, product specifications, pricing structures and profit margins. Prepare and present regular sales reports. Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager with a consistent track record of exceeding targets. Experience in Home Improvements or similar industries (preferred). Experience recruiting self‑employed Sales Professionals. Highly motivated, with the natural ability to motivate and guide people to achieve targets. Strong negotiation skills. Proactive, results‑driven and flexible towards varied workloads and working hours. Able to provide a consistently high level of customer service. Committed to continuous personal development. Driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car. Experience with remote meetings/sales appointments (not essential). Benefits
