Yeomans Omoda & Jaecoo are looking for an experienced Selling Sales Manager to lead their busy Sales team at the new Helston branch. This is a hands-on role requiring an exceptionally talented individual to take full responsibility for the operation of the sales department. You should approach every situation in an enthusiastic and positive manner to benefit Yeomans, our customers and colleagues at Omoda Jaecoo. Responsibilities
Managing the Sales team Ensuring the dealership meets all appropriate manufacturer standards Implementing and maintaining processes within the department Ensuring that financial targets and customer satisfaction objectives are met Handling any customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner, while identifying trends to prevent recurring issues Monitoring and controlling departmental expenditure Coaching and developing the Sales team members Qualifications and qualities
You should have a minimum of 3 years of Sales Management experience from within the motor trade, a proven track record in selling and negotiating, and an unquestionable ability to implement and run a regimented sales process to maximise opportunities. Professionalism, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills are essential, as is a full driving licence. The successful applicant will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to use their own initiative. Benefits and environment
