Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Specification Sales Manager to join their team and drive project specifications across the UK.

Job Details
Basic salary up to £65,000 Lucrative bonus structure based on performance (OTE £85,000) Excellent training and career development opportunities Company pension and benefits package
Requirements
Proven track record in specification sales within the construction or roofing sector (building envelope, waterproofing, or related products) A strong network of Architects, Specifiers, Surveyors, and Contractors Confident in managing the full sales cycle from specification through to project delivery Excellent technical understanding of building systems and regulations A proactive, results‑driven professional with outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills
Responsibilities
Drive and secure product specifications through architectural and design practices Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Main Contractors, Developers, and Surveyors Work closely with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver outstanding project support Manage pipeline opportunities and ensure projects are tracked through to completion Achieve and exceed sales and growth targets within your region
