About This Role Reporting into the Event Director, the Sales & Sponsorship Manager will drive all commercial revenue across the show, including stand space, sponsorship packages, and digital partnerships. The role supports a sell‑out event that attracts over 35,000 attendees and 10,000 performers, offering brands unique visibility and engagement.

You create compelling proposals, develop tailored packages, and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, delivering value to both client and event.
Responsibilities
Independently manage all sales activity across stand space, sponsorship, and digital assets, meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs.
Confidently sell to new and existing clients, producing high‑quality written proposals and presentations. Occasional travel may be required.
Identify opportunities to grow business through yield, average order values, volume, upsells, pricing structures, and new revenue streams.
Communicate and manage all sales KPIs, forecasting accurate short‑ and long‑term sales and informing stakeholders with clarity.
Sourcing, selling, managing, and maintaining sponsorship customers, matching client needs to products or creating new profitable opportunities.
Report in detail, narrate performance, and keep the Event Director informed of forecasts, budgets, and potential revenue issues.
Create an exprom plan with the marketing team, drafting briefs for email campaigns and sales materials.
Commercially manage show floor plans, maximizing commercial opportunities and ensuring budgets are met.
Support delivery of exhibitor assets such as event guides, web listings, and on‑site floor plans.
Maintain mastery of the CRM system for customer contacts and financial reporting.
Ensure GDPR compliance and secure handling of client/prospect data.
Requirements
Demonstrable success in sales roles with a goal‑driven approach.
