Key Responsibilities
Performing planned preventative maintenance measures of plant rooms and commercial plumbing systems
Identifying, diagnosing, and repairing faults where necessary
Installing pipework
Collaborating with other trades and contractors to ensure project completion
Adhering to and implementing Health and Safety protocols
Requirements
G3 vented and unvented hot water qualification
Proven experience maintaining plant rooms and commercial plumbing systems
Full UK driving licence
Ability to pass security vetting
What We Offer
Salary between £36,000 – £40,000 per annum
