What You'll Do
Lead and manage a regional team of 6‑10 to deliver new business targets across TV and communications products while reducing churn.
Drive strategic quarterly plans in collaboration with the Head of Field Sales, adapting to market trends and regional opportunities.
Coach and develop your team both remotely and in trade, fostering a high‑performing and positive culture.
Manage CRM (Salesforce) to build and maintain a robust pipeline for short‑and long‑term growth.
Use data insights to identify opportunities, optimise compliance and unlock growth potential.
Build strong networks with partner businesses and internal stakeholders to support team success and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in B2B sales across hospitality or related sectors (pubs, hotels, gyms, offices).
Strong knowledge of communications products (Broadband, DIA/Ethernet, Cloud Voice, SIMO) and TV solutions.
Expertise in face‑to‑face negotiation on complex pricing and packaging.
Ability to manage acquisition, retention, and churn funnels while optimising revenue and EBITDA.
Skilled in strategic planning, team leadership, and partner relationship management.
Resilient, adaptable, and passionate about driving growth in a fast‑paced environment.
