ROLE PROFILE As part of our high‑performing Content Infrastructure team, you’ll help us build brilliant digital experiences across all internal communications and the channels we own. Your ability to interpret and apply data and analytics to deliver your work and support the team is crucial.
ROLE SUMMARY As the product lead for Vehicles you will be at the heart of several exciting Operational Database transformation programmes, crafting and collaborating to achieve optimised approaches for handling the intersection between real‑time and reference data‑sets. This role is at the core of many dependencies for Content Operations to ensure a complete integration of data central to the products by building the interfaces used to manage Vehicles and RICs. You will work on core LMP adoption strategy and be critical to the success of key business outcomes. To be successful you must generate strong collaboration across the organization, communicate clearly and explain sophisticated concepts simply to guide all partner functions about the work you are leading. You will be encouraged to take difficult decisions when no conclusive answer exists, while advising business domains on how to adapt and adopt those decisions.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Plan and implement a prioritised roadmap to deliver Vehicle Mastering
Contribute to develop and adopt strategic DBoR plans
Support adoption of future regulatory changes affecting the management of Vehicle data
Champion Vehicle PermID adoption and integration in the business
Work with Development and Engineering teams to write, validate and test customised functions to manage Vehicle data
Harmonise methods for gathering and processing data across other programmes into single standard approaches
Train, teach and mentor others in the new world to achieve their goals successfully
Support adoption of AI solutions and LMP objectives for data management where relevant
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Logical thinking and strong understanding of development principles
Understanding of development strategies and methods such as Agile
Excellent knowledge of real‑time and reference infrastructure and data flows
Ability to understand, build and translate concepts into tangible outcomes
Practical skills to analyse data and present information in the most appropriate way
Excellent collaboration skills with proven practical outcomes at a senior level
Highly determined and self‑motivated
WHAT YOU’LL GET IN RETURN If successful you will have the opportunity to set the strategy for a principle data set within the LSEG organisation that is critical to the functioning of our core Data & Analytics product line up. This role will also give you the chance to work with diverse partners across the company as part of a large virtual team to influence strategy on other business domains.
Career Stage Manager
Compensation Information LSEG offers a competitive annual gross base salary between zł189,500 and zł315,900, varying by location. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus plan; the target bonus percentage will match the role level and career stage. Salary reflects relevant experience and skill set.
