About Your Role As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities while becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. You will promote brands and solutions that align with business objectives to a mix of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants, and cafes.
Qualifications and Skills
No experience required: we provide full training.
Strong teamwork, activity, and hands‑on attitude.
UK driving licence; eligibility to work in the UK; 60‑minute commute to the role.
Influencing and negotiation skills; experience driving positive outcomes with customers.
Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency using digital technologies such as iPhone and iPad to support sales activities, communication and reporting.
Strong ability to manage workload and schedule independently while meeting targets.
Ability to grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
Excellent prioritisation skills, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
