Why This Role Matters The SDR team is the first point of contact for many new customers, and the work you do directly shapes IRIS’ success. You’ll introduce businesses to software that solves real problems, saves time, and reduces stress – and your conversations help them understand how IRIS can support their goals.
What You'll Be Doing
Make outbound phone calls to start conversations with potential customers
Use email and LinkedIn to support your outreach and follow up
Listen carefully to uncover challenges and identify where IRIS can help
Qualify interest and book meetings for our Account Executives
Learn about our products so you can speak confidently about the problems they solve
Keep your CRM notes tidy, accurate, and organised
Work towards weekly goals focused on conversations, meetings, and pipeline

Comfortable speaking on the phone
