Responsibilities
Qualify prospect accounts in partnership with Enterprise Named Account Managers.
Find and engage primary points of contact for Pattern’s Core 3P offering and other potential solutions.
Assist with and progress deals through the sales funnel.
Research e‑commerce categories and identify high‑growth brands/products to trade on marketplace platforms.
Research relevant stakeholders and identify value propositions.
Network via LinkedIn and offline to build relationships and organise meetings.
Set appointments with enterprise accounts.
Craft value‑driven message specific to enterprise accounts’ current pain points and needs.
Work closely with enterprise sales reps on sales plans and targets.
Inbound outreach with compelling messages through phone and email.
Collaborate with the enterprise account‑based marketing team to penetrate and set appointments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 5+ years of direct B2B selling experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.
Proven people‑management skills and the ability to drive individual sales results for a player/coach role.
Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, including complex and/or long sales cycles; excellent listening and negotiating skills.
Ability to represent Pattern in a polished and professional manner to existing and potential clients.
Nice to Have
Prior e‑commerce / marketplace experience.
Account Management and/or Brand Management background.

Hiring Process
An initial phone interview with Pattern’s talent acquisition team (30 minutes).
Focus interview with the hiring manager (30 minutes).
Additional focus with the hiring team (1 hour).
