Experience in a financial services admin role, a regulated sales support team, or a case progression function in protection, mortgage, or insurance is desirable.

Sales Administrator – Dynamic Sales Team (Various Locations) Proactive Sales Administrator to support a dynamic sales team, manage CRM, and respond to customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with administration tasks as directed
Liaise with customers by phone regarding sales requirements
Prepare and send customised quotes for prospective and existing customers
Consistent and detailed use of CRM system to track and manage all sales activities and pipeline opportunities
Take incoming calls and qualify inquiries
Handle live chat enquiries on the website
Accountability for all Post Order admin: checking colours, product queries, following up
Assist as necessary with delivery/after‑sales enquiries
Capture data from mail merges and update the CRM
Set a meeting agenda for each appointment for the Area Sales Manager
Arrange for actions from meetings to be carried out by him or the backup
Data cleansing, inputting data from mail merges
Other ad hoc tasks or projects to support the sales team as directed
Problem resolution – address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, acting as a mediator
Requirements
Strong background in administration
Previous experience in a direct customer‑facing role
Excellent IT skills; proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
Experience using a CRM or similar system
Confident communicator, both internally and externally on the phone
High level of organisational skill
Ability to prioritise own workload and juggle multiple requests to deliver on agreed deadlines
Enthusiastic with a passion to grow with the business
Good listener, able to understand needs and deliver on expectations
Highly organised, diligent and efficient
Excellent attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills

French‑Speaking Sales Administrator – Dartford (Permanent) Full‑time, Monday to Friday, £25,000 – £30,000 DOE. Must be a driver with on‑site parking. The role involves being the first point of contact for a range of commercial clients, managing orders, quotes, returns, using SAGE 50, preparing reports, and supporting marketing campaigns.
What you’ll be doing
Act as first point of contact for commercial clients; respond to calls and emails professionally and efficiently
Manage and process customer orders, quotes, returns, and credits using SAGE 50
Prepare key sales documents, proposals, and reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
Keep customer databases and price lists up to date
Chase quotes and backorders, identify upselling opportunities
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and event preparations
Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations and sales materials
Collaborate closely with internal departments to deliver outstanding customer service
What we’re looking for
Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal
Previous experience in a sales support role within a fast‑paced environment or a good degree (Business or equivalent) at 2:1 or above
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident with Microsoft Office – particularly Excel and Word; SAGE 50 experience is a plus
