As a
Senior SEO Executive , you will be pivotal in delivering outstanding results for our clients, helping them grow their businesses through innovative SEO strategies. Reporting to the SEO and Content Manager, you will: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase the quality and volume of organic traffic. Manage and improve the performance of client websites, driving measurable results such as traffic growth, improved rankings, and lead generation. Conduct thorough audits and analyses to identify opportunities for improvement across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Stay up to date with industry developments and proactively identify new opportunities for clients. Work with platforms such as
WordPress ,
Shopify , and custom CMSs to implement changes directly. Deliver engaging presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to internal training sessions to share knowledge and keep the team updated on the latest trends. Mentor junior team members and contribute to shaping the future of the SEO department. Build and refine internal processes to enhance client experiences and results. This role offers the chance to take ownership of key projects, work with SMEs across various industries (e-commerce, healthcare, real estate, financial services, manufacturing, and more), and directly contribute to the growth of Fly High Media. What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who: Has a proven track record in delivering
ROI-driven SEO campaigns
across strategy, execution, and reporting. Is proficient in using tools like
Google Analytics ,
Search Console ,
Screaming Frog ,
SEMrush , etc. Is passionate about SEO and loves solving problems to deliver client success. Possesses excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness. Has experience presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Thrives in a collaborative environment and is always looking for ways to innovate and improve. Is motivated to progress their career and contribute to a growing agency. 3+ years of agency experience is preferred but not essential. Why Join Us?
