As a Graphic Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in:
Ensuring Global Brand Consistency: Work closely with our distribution subsidiaries to ensure the cohesive application of the Asmodee brand and the successful roll-out of global marketing campaigns.
Providing Design Expertise: Support subsidiaries with tailored design solutions, helping them navigate distribution constraints while maintaining creative excellence.
Be a part of a dynamic team that delivers immersive experiences and elevates the asmodee brand for a global audience.
What does this role involve 1. Global Brand Consistency
Ensure our branding guidelines are consistently implemented across diverse communication tools.
Support distribution units worldwide in maintaining cohesive branding standards.
Update and maintain graphic assets on our asmodee Asset Library regularly.
2. Graphic Design & Media
Create and adapt marketing and communication materials across digital and print platforms.
Design templates for newsletters, social media, websites, and other communication channels.
Transform creative concepts into diverse media formats (digital, print, motion animation) for global campaigns.
Present creative ideas and concepts via mood boards for multi-channel deployment.
Design communication materials for retail environments, including POS tools like display units and shelf dressing.
3. Retail & Point-of-Sale (POS)
Design communication materials for retail environments, including POS tools like display units and shelf dressing.
4. Event Branding
Develop branded materials to support asmodee’s presence at events, both global and local.
Design event communication tools like banners, displays, and other collateral.
5. Promotional Design
Create attention-grabbing promotional items tailored for both B2B and B2C marketing.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience in graphic design.
Technical Expertise:
Perfect mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Solid knowledge of the graphic chain process for both print and digital assets.
Strong 3D design skills.
Proficiency in communication tools and technologies, including the use of AI-driven design services.
Valuable Additional Skills:
Expertise in video editing, motion design, or photography is highly appreciated.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to maintaining brand quality and ensuring consistency in its deployment across all platforms.
Project Management:
Excellent organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively while respecting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Creative and Proactive Mindset:
Recognized for creativity, meticulousness, and adaptability.
Ability to take initiative and self-start projects while maintaining a high level of commitment to delivery.
