A well-established and highly progressive law firm is seeking a
CAFM Facilities Systems Administrator
to support the management and optimisation of its workplace systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical skills to play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and smooth operations across facilities services. Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the CAFM system, ensuring it is regularly updated and meets operational needs. Support continuous improvement initiatives, helping users with training and system usage. Manage and maintain accurate asset data, producing reports and dashboards for analysis. Liaise with workplace services to coordinate system updates and ensure data relevance. Assist with facilities-related projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Maintain and prioritise the ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery product backlog. Monitor system development progress and support quality assurance processes. Generate reports on space utilisation, asset performance, maintenance, and costs. Use data insights to support strategic planning and improve operational efficiency. Skills & Experience
Experience with CAFM or booking systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Concept FSI, Maximo, Condeco). Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation. Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Comfortable working with Facilities and Health & Safety teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities. Seniority level
