*Job Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and be adept at troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of electrical components. This role requires a keen understanding of electrical codes and safety practices, along with the ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams. The Electrician will work on various projects, ensuring that all electrical work is performed efficiently and in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
*Responsibilities*
* Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
* Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems.
* Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform installation tasks effectively.
* Conduct tests using an Ohmmeter and other testing devices to ensure proper functionality of electrical systems.
* Troubleshoot issues with high voltage systems and logic controllers to maintain operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, to ensure seamless project completion.
* Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing electrical work to minimize risks.
*Skills*
* Proficient in frame carpentry techniques as they relate to electrical installations.
* Strong knowledge of high voltage systems and industrial electrician practices.
* Familiarity with NEC standards for safe electrical installations.
* Experience using hand tools effectively for various tasks related to electrical work.
* Ability to read blueprints accurately to execute projects according to specifications.
* Problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting electrical issues.
* A maintenance person's mindset with the ability to adapt skills across various trades as needed.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
