Reporting to the UK & Ireland Country Sales Director, this opportunity is ideal for a proactive candidate with solid management experience who can demonstrate a successful track record of delivering results both individually and with teams, aiming to introduce, retain, and grow the business.
Key attributes for the role: exceptional selling, negotiating and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, problem solving, coaching and leadership.
A commercial mindset with excellent presentation, communication and listening skills is required.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Deliver the Distribution Sales GAIN and GROW targets and OI Target
Empower, Engage and Energise the Distribution Sales Development Team to deliver on GTW metrics, Forecast Accuracy, Safety Metrics, Pipeline Management
Actively gather data and build a strategy to provide win‑win solutions with distributors leading to future business growth
Co‑ordinate sales and strategic activities with internal and external organisations, establishing firm and profitable distributor relationships
Analyse and report key sales and project management data as well as forecast future expectations of your distributors
Maintain and retain existing business
Be an active part of the UK and Ireland SLT Team
Key support on strategic projects within the Region and across the wider Division and Market
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5 years selling and management experience
Ideally degree level educated
Ideally previous experience at a distributor
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to leverage them to drive business success
Proven track record in exceeding financial, safety and business targets
Experience in delivering results through managing others
Highly capable computer skills to include Salesforce, Power BI, CRM, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
