Responsibilities
Provide strategic insight regarding the customer’s business and help customers think differently, bringing new ideas and innovative ways to solve their problems.
Diagnose customers’ underlying problems or challenges through client needs assessment to uncover IT requirements and develop tailored IT solutions.
Identify new, sustainable, customised approaches across our core businesses: ITS, PP and Outsourcing.
Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of IT products and workplace services, showcasing their relevance and value.
Clearly articulate the unique value proposition of IT solutions, demonstrating tangible benefits and competitive advantages.
Reduce complexity and risk for customers by helping them make purchasing decisions.
Drive sales, margins and deliver customer value in any economic environment.
Protect premium pricing through well‑designed solution sales.
Identify key stakeholders and engage with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the sales process to delivery and after‑sales.
Determine the right metrics to measure success and identify ROI based on customer performance.
Qualifications
Previous experience in IT sales, B2B, corporate sales environment.
Demonstrable track record achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Experience managing the end‑to‑end sales process from discovery to closure, ensuring seamless client experience.
In‑depth knowledge (or strong desire to develop) across the 4 key Value Propositions (MDS, PP, ITS, Outsourcing).
Ability to identify and engage multiple key stakeholders.
Effective questioning and active listening skills.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to inspire trust and confidence.
Resilient and tenacious, able to calculate and manage risks.
Skill to initiate and control high‑level debate.
Strong analytical thinking and fresh insight into complex issues.
Excellent two‑way communication skills.
Commercial acumen and awareness of market trends.
