Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially‑minded Management Consultant / Business Analyst to support the company’s strategic growth, operational optimisation, and risk management initiatives in the Middle East and East Asia markets.
The role involves working closely with senior stakeholders to analyse business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver data‑driven recommendations that improve efficiency, governance, and profitability. This position plays a key role in advising management on strategic, financial, business‑support and operational decisions across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Advisory
Analyse business processes, organisational structures, and operational performance to identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities.
Gather, interpret and evaluate quantitative and qualitative data to support strategic decision‑making.
Prepare detailed business cases, reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Strategy & Transformation
Support the development and implementation of business strategies, transformation programmes and change initiatives.
Advise on organisational design, governance frameworks and operational controls.
Conduct market, competitor and industry analysis to support long‑term planning.
Risk & Performance Analysis
Identify, assess and monitor business, operational and financial risks.
Support the design and review of risk management frameworks and internal controls.
Track KPIs and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Support senior management in implementing agreed recommendations and monitoring outcomes.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured consulting mindset.
Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into practical business recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications & Experience Essential
Extensive experience working across new and emerging regions, particularly the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and East Asia, with strong familiarity in regional market dynamics, cultural business practices and local regulatory frameworks.
Proven experience in management consulting, business analysis, strategy or risk analysis.
Desirable
Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services, fintech or professional services.
Knowledge of business transformation, operational efficiency or risk management frameworks.
