Content Creator Use your creativity to educate, inform, and engage prospective patients through high-quality, compliant content.
Key Responsibilities:
Create informative, engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and patient resources
Develop educational materials that build trust and demonstrate the clinic’s expertise
Capture and curate visual content including photos, videos, and stories
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure accuracy and compliance with healthcare advertising guidelines
This part of the role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong storytelling skills, and a passion for digital media.
Patient Coordinator As the first point of contact, you’ll ensure every patient feels supported, informed, and cared for throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
Coordinate appointments, consultations, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Handle daily administrative and front-of-house tasks
Deliver warm, professional communication to create a seamless patient experience
Work closely with clinical staff to support operations and scheduling

What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong multitasking ability
Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools
Creative thinker with content creation experience (professional or self-taught)
Ability to produce compliant, patient-focused content
Positive, compassionate, and professional attitude
Healthcare or aesthetics experience is a bonus - but not essential.
