Miryco Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the Change & Transformation function within a leading UK asset management firm. You will lead complex business analysis activities, shape target operating models, and ensure regulatory, operational, and commercial objectives are translated into clear, actionable requirements. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end business analysis across complex change initiatives, from problem definition through to delivery and benefits realisation Partner with senior stakeholders across Investments, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Technology Elicit, document, and manage business requirements using appropriate techniques (workshops, interviews, process mapping, user stories) Analyse and redesign business processes, data flows, and operating models Translate regulatory and business change (e.g. FCA requirements, market structure changes) into practical solutions Experience
Significant experience as a Business Analyst within investment management Strong understanding of asset management operating models (front, middle, and/or back office) Proven experience working on complex change or transformation programmes Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels Location:
